1. The AIForgotYou service

AIForgotYou provides business scans, AI visibility reports, local search insights, competitor comparisons, saved reports, subscriptions, alerts, and action plans. Some features are free, and some require a paid subscription.

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and activity by users invited to your organization. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.

If you create or manage an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization and to manage its reports, subscriptions, members, and settings.

3. Scans, reports, and AI outputs

Reports are generated from public business information, third-party data, AI model responses, and automated analysis. AI and search results can change, contain errors, or vary by prompt, location, model, and timing.

AIForgotYou provides recommendations and visibility insights, not guaranteed rankings, revenue, leads, legal advice, marketing results, or business outcomes. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on report recommendations.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse AIForgotYou, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, scrape or resell the service without permission, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use AIForgotYou to violate someone else's rights.

You may only scan and save reports for businesses where you have a legitimate interest, such as your own business, a client, or a business you are evaluating in good faith.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, features, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the app. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal where available. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of business information, prompts, notes, and other content you provide. You grant AIForgotYou the rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and use that content to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any content or business information you submit.

7. Intellectual property

AIForgotYou, including its software, design, reports, branding, workflows, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of AIForgotYou or our intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimers

AIForgotYou is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free reports, specific AI model behavior, search ranking improvements, or business results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIForgotYou and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of AIForgotYou after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
